P.S. how the heck did i become a 5th year after 2 2/3 years at school?!?!!?!? they are making me older than i already am :-O

So today i looked at the apartment building where i want to live. the apartment itself is a little old looking but considering that i've been living in a riverknoll for the last two years i really can't complain. the building is nice, there is laundry on every floor and it is right in the heart of downtown brattleboro (the couple streets that run through brattleboro i mean hahaha). hopefully everything clears and they offer my the apartment so i can have a place to live for the next nine months. after looking at the apartment, i walked around downtown to see what is going on. there are a couple really cute stores that i cannot afford to shop at and a lot of book stores that i know i'll spend too much money in. i like the area, feels like i should be here, like this town fits my personality. tonight we are getting a huge storm so i'm holding myself up in the motel with my peanut butter and bread and two new books i bought (A tale of two cities, and Faster). i'll write more about those when i'm finished.

Here is a link of the building where i'll hopefully be living in..... http://www.crjc.org/heritage/V02-19.htm

so it is my last weekend here at RIT till april so i went out and had some fun. Saturday i hung out with my friends becca, aaron and erhart. we were at tops to buy alcohol for the night. we were at the register and the needed to card everyone (i only thought wegmans did that, blonde moment #39324923498). After we were told that we couldn't buy the alcohol my friend aaron asked if he could still buy popcorn. He went on this tangent how there could be drugs in the popcorn and if there is anything we should k now about it. I seriously thought that she was goign to get us thrown out of tops, but needless to say it was hilarious.

yesterday i went to little theater and say "Bad Education". It is a film about catholic school boys, sexual harrasment from priests, the effect of the exerpience and how everyone was changed. This film isn't for everyone, but it was a good film. The photography was great, the colors were vivid and the imgary was significant. the soundtrack really enhanced the emotions in the film which translated to the viewer. The story was a bit hard to follow (it jumped around but i kinda got what was going when the movie ended) and the ending was a little obrupt. The story line was also really hard to understand, i don't understand why the characters killed that guy. Overall, i need to see this movie about to fully understand what was going on, and to study the little nueances again. It was a good movie though and if you are up to it go and see it.

7Online.com: Authorities: Water Plant Worker was Pushed to Her Death

a good friend of mine works that the same company as this woman. thank goodness his co-op is over with at the end of the week!!

Things that i have learned on my mini-vacation...

1. pepper spray is a must
2. a snowy unplowed route 9 is hazardous to one's life
3. random motels are scary.
4. yeah that is a m-16
5. true, i do like to draw flowers.... false, i don't think my soul leaves my body..... true, i do love my mom.... false, i don't have evil thoughts towards my family.

i forgot the rest but i'll write later

So this week just flew by. We only have one more week of school and it seems like everyone is about to snap (this is probably why we are scheduled for co-op in the spring). Some of the symptoms of RIT students at the end of the quarter:

1. Depression
2. Questioning why the hell we are still here
3. should i change my major??
4. i hate my group partners
5. OMG i need a co-op!!
6. OMG i have a co-op, now i need a place to live!
7. corolla or jetta?
8. i fucking hate rit
9. i fucking hate everything
10. panic attacks

now i know that i've gone through one or all of these within a day, and i'm sure that my fellow RIT students can agree with me on this. All i have to say is that our lives can be a hell of a lot worse. Here are some examples:

So apparently it has been a while since i've written anything. My life is changing a bit, i'm going on co-op next quarter in brattleboro vermont. It's exciting to think that i'm going to be all on my own for the next nine months. but more on that later.......

nothing much has been going on in my life, well nothing that is worth talkng about. i'm just doing a lot of homework, and chillin with my friends. i have been making a couple new friends and it sucks that i won't be seeing them for a long long time but more on that later.....

gotta go, miguel wants his computer back.
