I'm home now for thanksgiving break and all ready it's been interesting.......
I was driving back to peru, and speeding the whole way. I always slowed down when a U-turn came around, but i usually got to see the state troopers before hand. Well i was about 5 minutes from the peru exit.. 5 hours of straight driving.... and what do you know.. i get pulled over by a state trooper for speeding. i was doing 81, when the speed limit is 65. I was so nervous, i've never been pulled over before, and this was a state trooper!!! So he goes off to check on my record, and i'm just sitting there trying to figure out how to inform my parents that i have not only been drinking a lot this quarter, slacking off in classes, want to go to south america for spring break, and got pulled over by a state trooper. so the state trooper comes back and tells me that he is just going to give me a ticket for the missing head light i had, which has no affect on my license and no extra charge to me.. all ihave to do is fix it within 24 hours. He's such an angle!!
so i pull into town, fix the headlight and tell the parents..... and that is the begining of the week.....
